Celebrating Todmorden – Ferney Lee Primary School

Todmorden Town Council has generously supported the Todmorden Treat, a project to give each primary school an experience of working with the same artist or performer during the spring term.  This year each workshop has resulted in a series of A2 posters, inspired by vintage travel posters, which celebrate Todmorden and promote it to people living in, and outside of, the town. Read more about this year’s theme here.  Our final workshop this year was at Ferney Lee Primary School.  Last, but most definitely not least, here are the posters from the pupils at Ferney Lee.  As well as advertising places to go, the pupils also wanted to share something about the spirit of the town, and issues that matter to them.
